Review: Tornado - Wichita Falls 1979 by Daniel Lance Wright
While this was not my first time reading a short story, this was my first time accepting one for review purposes. I do enjoy reading short stories simply because I think they showcase writing talents. My personal definition of short story is 1000 words or less, and if a writer can convey a gripping message and(or) tale in that word span then I think it says a lot about the efficiency and quality of the work. An initial quick glance over the first page of Tornado: Wichita Falls 1979 by Daniel Lance Wright was all I needed to know that this would be a story worth reading and writing my thoughts on. The beautiful descriptions create a wonderful imagery for the reader and the writing style captivated me from the beginning.
