It's okay to share your old posts. Really. It is. I know some think of it as some sort of blogger taboo. That it is a one and done sort of deal. But it's not. That's the world of blogs after all! They provide information to those who seek it. How are people to know of your work if you keep it buried? Of course, you don't want to become obnoxious with re-shares, but there are very good reasons to keep sharing your posts. You've worked hard on it, so promote the hell out of it! - enough said. Not everyone is in the same place at the same time - many people don't check their feeds regularly. Sharing an old post sometime down the road increases the odds your followers will see it somewhere in the mess that is known as a feed. Not everyone is in the same place at the same time - Deja Vu?
