My review of Above Scandal will not be up until next week. I will say, though, that it is a fabulous book! It's got the small town charm mixed with the not so charming parts like small town gossip. The men are gentlemen (for the most part) and the story behind what brings a certain gal back to down after 11 years is captivating.
