Ohh man...If I could dream up the perfect "secluded vacation" encounter it would very much involve a rugged man-of-the-land, stumbled upon encounters, and being holed up in a cabin. If that sounds like your time of vacation, you'll enjoy this free spirited read. Even if it doesn't sound like your perfect getaway, I guarantee you'll still fall in love with Ina and Adam.

Adam's is a very rough around the edges kind of guy. He's made his living - literally - out in the woods and rents his place out to those looking for a place to get away. Away as in no cell reception, no vehicles, and no neighbors. But when Ina comes "to town", his walls that he's built as sturdy as the trees that surround him begin to fall.

Ina is a gal with a head on her shoulders. She's willing to take risks and go after whatever it is that she wants - even if that means heading to the middle of nowhere with absolutely no survival skills in effort to clear her mind. There's a method to her madness, though, and her intentions are always heartfelt and real.

This is both a sexy and romantic story with a hint of suspense. There are some thrilling moments that occur that put both Adam and Ina to the test.  If you're looking for an easy read without the weight of dark background stories (but still enough intensity to drive the story forward) then you will love this book by Ever McCormick!
