Book Blitz: Connections Trilogy by Janette Harjo
FATED – the first novella and their first chance at connection in this trilogy is set in 16th century Massachusetts during the time of the historical witch-hunts. The hero is a witch hunter with supernatural powers in this episode, and the heroine is a suspected witch.
CONNED – their second chance at connection takes place in 19th century Oregon territory. He is a traveling con-man who dazzles his victims with feats of supernatural magic. She is a school marm who sees it as her duty to protect “her” children, and her neighbors in the township where she lives, from those who would seek to practice thievery amongst them.
INFORMED is the exciting conclusion to the Trilogy. In this final installment they begin their incarnations in contemporary times. He is once again a man of supernatural skills, and she continues to be a woman who works for the betterment of children as a volunteer Children’s Services Worker.
This time they both sense their mutual destinies. Each knows they must find and destroy the evil which pursues their souls throughout the centuries, and pits them against each other. As a last resort they seek out the assistance of a past-life regressionist to assist them in in their endeavor.
Their search takes them full circle back to where it all began - Medieval Rome. He will learn where his inborn powers originated, and they will be forced to face and attempt the annihilation of the Evil Wizard who cursed their souls to eternal damnation.
Will they succeed and reach their HEA? Or will they fail and remain cursed to continue their search for each other throughout the centuries?
